I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the location was perfect-just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. One of the highlights was the free breakfast each morning, and it was great that they offered tours to popular destinations like Ha Long Bay. However, I did hear from other guests that there were issues with cleanliness and service, which is unfortunate.
